A delightfully refreshing, fruit-forward, dry Rosé made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from Veranda Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains. We pressed the grapes after just a few hours of maceration, then held fermentation temperatures under 70 degrees to bring out fruit flavors. The Rosé went directly into tank (no oak). Malolactic fermentation was inhibited, giving the wine a tart, refreshing green-apple kick. Delightful on a summer afternoon. Serve chilled.
