Herbal aromas of beets in vinaigrette, dill and mint on fresh blood orange, violet, licorice, and marinated grape leaves with a satiny, vibrant, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a charming, medium-long coriander, ripe fig, and cocoa butter finish with moderate oak.
