An early harvest rosé from the estate vineyard. We held fermentation temperatures under 70 degrees to emphasize the fruity character. The rosé went directly into tank (no oak). Malolactic fermentation was inhibited, giving the wine a tart, refreshing green-apple kick. This rosé is dry, fruity, and crisp, with strawberry tones. Delightful on a summer afternoon. Serve chilled.
